The course especially for baristas or those that are interested in latte art. Participants will learn both theory and practice from experienced trainers for 1 day (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM), while also receiving their own apron and a 500 ml. milk pitcher along with instruction documents. Things to expect from this course:
  • Basic knowledge about coffee
  • How to select the level of the roast coffee beans that will affect the latte art
  • Coffee shot extraction course
  • Milk steaming techniques
  • Equipment and cup selection for latte art training
  • Latte art basics; 3 shapes including heart, tulip, and Rosetta shapes.
